| Requirements: |
Students / graduates or equivalent who meet the following: • Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is willing to take up Singapore Citizenship • Have good academic and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) records • Have a GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate, Polytechnic or NUS High School diploma • Have strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and service • Undergraduates are welcome to apply • You have completed at least 1 semester and not in the final year of undergraduate studies |

Local: 4 years Overseas (English speaking countries): 6 years Mid-Term Scholarship: • 1 year for per year of local sponsored study and 1.5 years for per year of overseas sponsored study |
