Upon graduation, LTA scholars will join the Talent Development Programme (TDP). Officers in the TDP will go through a structured career development plan, which provides them with enhanced opportunities to broaden their exposure and build their leadership skills for their long-term career in LTA.
Local Award includes: • Tuition and Compulsory Fees • Maintenance Allowance • Sponsorship of up to one approved exchange programme/ summer school • Additional sponsorship of Masters studies (upon approval) Overseas Award includes: • Tuition and Compulsory Fees • Maintenance Allowance • Pre-studies Allowance (Full Term only) • Return Airfare • Sponsorship of up to one approved exchange programme/ summer school • Additional sponsorship of Masters studies (upon approval) |

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident intending to take up a Singapore Citizenship • Outstanding GCE 'O' & 'A' Level / NUS High / International Baccalaureate (IB) / Diploma Results • Outstanding University results (for current undergraduates) • Good CCA track record |

Full-term: • English speaking countries: 6 years bond with LTA • Local: 4 years bond with LTA Mid-term: • Overseas: 1.5 years bond with LTA for every year of sponsored study • Local: 1 year bond with LTA for every year of sponsored study |
