Infocomm Development Authority Of Singapore

National Infocomm Scholarship

The NIS also includes a Talent Management Programme for scholars to upgrade themselves with industry-relevant skills. IDA is committed to sponsoring up to S$7,000 over the scholar's period of study.
Requirements: • Singapore Citizen
• Have good CCA records
• Possess strong interest in an infocomm career
• For Full Local/Overseas/Fast Track Bachelors-Masters Scholarship - possess outstanding 'A' Level or Polytechnic results
• For Mid-Term Local/ Overseas Scholarship - be an undergraduate with good academic results in an infocomm-related degree at NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUTD or any top overseas university
Bond Duration: • 1 - 4 years for Mid-Term Local/Overseas Scholarship depending on the duration of sponsorship
• 3 years for Local Scholarship
• 4 years for the Fast Track Bachelor’s-Masters Scholarship
• 5 years for Overseas Scholarship

International Enterprise Singapore

IE Singapore Undergraduate Scholarship (Overseas) | IE Singapore Undergraduate Scholarship (Local)

Courses / Disciplines: All undergraduate courses except Law, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Architecture.
Universities / Institutions: Overseas: Top universities in US, UK, Germany, Japan, France, China.
Local: NUS/NTU/SMU/SUTD

Courses / Disciplines: All undergraduate courses except Law, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Architecture.

Value & Benefits: • Full tuition and compulsory fees
• Medical/health insurance (where required by university)
• Study allowance (one time)
• Monthly maintenance allowance
• Hostel fee
• Sponsorship for approved student exchange programme
Requirements: • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
• Completed at least 2 semesters of undergraduate studies
• Excellent academic results (University, GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, International Baccalaureate, Polytechnic Diploma)
• Good track record in CCAs
• Keen sense for global business and trade
Bond Duration: • 1 year bond for every year of sponsored studies from point of award
• 4 years bond if backpayment of tuition fee and maintenance allowance option is chosen

IRAS Merit Undergraduate Scholarship

Courses / Disciplines: You may pursue any course of study that has relevance to the different areas of work at IRAS.
Some of these include:

• Accountancy
• Business
• Economics
• Information Technology
• Law
• Real Estate
• Statistics
Universities / Institutions: Local awards: Tenable in approved local universities.
Overseas awards: Tenable in top overseas universities
Value & Benefits: The Scholarship gives you the flexibility to choose to study either a local or an overseas course. You will receive full sponsorship for a local course. For an overseas course, IRAS will sponsor you the same amount as the sponsorship for an equivalent local course.

Scholarships for local course cover:
• Maintenance allowance (inclusive of book allowance)
• Pre-studies allowance (inclusive of settling-in allowance)
• Computer allowance
• Hostel allowance
• Miscellaneous allowance
• Tuition and other compulsory fees
• Attachment with IRAS
• Sponsorship of approved overseas exchange and Master's programmes (if applicable)
• Mentoring by a member of the Senior Management

Scholarships for overseas course cover:
• Annual allowance (inclusive of maintenance and hostel allowance and tuition and compulsory fees based on a similar local course)
• Pre-studies allowance (inclusive of warm clothing and settling-in allowance)
• Computer allowance
• Miscellaneous allowance
• Return airfare (at beginning and end of course; for attachment in IRAS; to overseas exchange)
• Vacation attachment with IRAS
• Sponsorship of approved overseas exchange

Benefits for scholarships for overseas courses are the same as the IRAS Overseas Undergraduate scholarships.

Benefits for scholarships for local courses are the same as the IRAS Merit Undergraduate scholarships for local courses.
Requirements: • Good university results for existing undergraduates
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs) intending to take up citizenship
• Outstanding co-curricular records and leadership qualities
Bond Duration: Local award: 4 years with single or double Bachelor’s degree(s), including those sponsored for a direct Master's programme.
Overseas awards: 5 - 6 years (including those sponsored for a direct Master's programme)
