Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Read Feature

CAAS Overseas Undergraduate Scholarship

Courses / Disciplines: All disciplines of study except Medicine and Dentistry.

Note: Scholars may pursue a Law degree but will not be employed as practising lawyers during their service with CAAS.
Universities / Institutions: Renowned overseas universities
Value & Benefits: • Tuition and compulsory fees
• Allowance (covering pre-studies, computer and maintenance)
• Additional sponsorships will be given for student exchange and summer studies programme
• Full postgraduate sponsorship upon approval by management
• Compulsory internships are provided to allow scholars to gain insights into the civil aviation industry
• Return airfares for overseas scholars returning for internships with CAAS
Requirements: • Applicants must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident who is willing to take up Singapore citizenship
• Excellent GCE ‘A' Level results or equivalent, including International Baccalaureate, NUS High diploma, and Polytechnic (diploma with merit); university results
• Outstanding CCA records and proven leadership and high achiever qualities
• Current undergraduates with excellent track records will also be considered
Bond Duration: 6 years
Note: Bond period will be pro-rated for first, second, and third year university undergraduate applicants

Courses / Disciplines: All disciplines of study except Medicine and Dentistry.

Universities / Institutions: NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SUSS, and SIT leading to a good Honours degree
Value & Benefits: • Tuition and compulsory fees
• Allowance (covering computer and maintenance)
• Additional sponsorships will be given for student exchange and summer studies programme
• Full postgraduate sponsorship upon approval by management
• Compulsory internships are provided to allow scholars to gain insights into the civil aviation industry

• Annual allowance of $2,500
• Learning allowance of $1,000 (claims-basis)
• Internship opportunity

Requirements: • Holding Singapore citizenship
• Enrolled in full-time infocomm-related and/or engineering courses in a local polytechnic
• Passionate about computing and technology
• Excellent academic results
• Interested students are to apply directly through your respective polytechnics"

CSIT Computing Scholarship

Courses / Disciplines: H2 Computing or equivalent Computing-related subject
Universities / Institutions: Singapore
Value & Benefits: • Annual allowance of $1,000, tenable for two years
• Learning allowance of $1,000 (claims-basis)
• Experiential journey at CSIT
Requirements: • Holding Singapore citizenship
• Year 1 Junior College or equivalent Integrated Programme (IP) student enrolled in H2 Computing or taking a Computing-related subject (i.e. in IBDP/ NUS High Diploma)
• Passionate about computing and technology
• Excellent GCE 'O' Levels results or equivalent
