CCMDA About Us

About Us

Singapore's population is ageing rapidly. According to the Ministry of Health, we are set to attain “super-aged” status in 2026, with one in four citizens aged 65 and above by 2030, up from one in six currently. Even as the nation expands its community care initiatives to reduce the load on acute care hospitals, there remains a growing demand for healthcare professionals to help support and develop the work in the community sector.

The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) aims to create a vibrant care community for our people to live well and age gracefully. AIC coordinates and supports efforts in integrating care to achieve the best care outcomes for our clients.

AIC reaches out to caregivers and seniors with information on staying active and ageing well and connects people to services they need. We also support Community Care partners in strengthening their capability to deliver quality care and gather our partners together to meet the needs of our ageing population. Our work in the community brings care services and information closer to those in need.
