The Community Care Manpower Development Awards (CCMDA) is administered by AIC.
The CCMDA recipients can look forward to career progression and upgrading opportunities throughout the journey. With sponsorships provided for the training programmes, recipients can focus on gaining knowledge and skills required for their choice of specialisation, and put their knowledge to good use at the committed Community Care Organisations after completion of training programme. The CCMDA recipients can also remain up-to-date with their specialisations through trainings, seminars and workshops.
