BrightSparks is a scholarship and higher education portal that partners with JCs, IB Diploma institutions, higher education institutions and scholarship/course providers in Singapore. It is owned and managed by CareerBuilder Singapore.

Parents are welcomed to join the BrightSparks mailing list here. Please select ‘I am a Parent/ Teacher’ from the drop down list.
Parents will receive marketing and communications e-mailers from BrightSparks. The e-mailers aim to provide parents with information to help them make an informed scholarship decision for their child.
Students are encouraged to complete their BrightSparks profile/application form on their own initiative (a key attribute that many scholarship providers are looking for).
There is no fixed time period – generally, you can expect to receive a reply within 1-2 months.
This section includes (but is not limited to) tips and resources for scholarship applicants and current scholars, testimonials from scholars past and present and much, much more!
Yes. If you have updated the details in the Profile page, it will be auto-sync with your submitted applications. However, if you need to update the contents in the Scholarship Resume and Photo & Supporting Documents section, you would need to contact the scholarship provider to get them to convert your application back to draft.
Once your application is converted to draft, you may make the necessary amendments. Please note that you would need to “Sync” your application in Application History before re-submitting it.
