Eligibility Criteria for Aspiring Scholars
BCA seeks high-calibre individuals for its scholarship programme. They should demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership qualities, and a genuine interest in contributing to the public service and the Built Environment sector. Meeting these criteria is essential for consideration:
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Outstanding GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level/NUS High/International Baccalaureate (IB)/Diploma Results
- Good track record of co-curricular activities
- Strong leadership qualities and interest in a public service career
