Eligibility Criteria for Aspiring Scholars
BCA seeks high-calibre individuals for its scholarship programme. They should demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership qualities, and a genuine interest in contributing to the public service and the Built Environment sector. Meeting these criteria is essential for consideration:
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Outstanding GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level/NUS High/International Baccalaureate (IB)/Diploma Results
  • Good track record of co-curricular activities
  • Strong leadership qualities and interest in a public service career
Documents to be Attached with this Application
  • Proof of citizenship (Singaporean or PR)
  • GCE 'O' level results or equivalent
  • GCE 'A' level results or equivalent
  • Polytechnic results, if applicable
  • CCA records / Testimonials
  • Local University Offer Letter(s), when available
