Eligibility
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Outstanding GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level / NUS High / International Baccalaureate (IB) / Polytechnic Diploma Results
- Good track record of co-curricular activities
- Strong leadership qualities and interest in a public service career
