- Outstanding academic results
- Good leadership skills and character
- Active CCA records demonstrating leadership qualities and community involvement

- Excellent ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or ITE results
- Excellent ‘A’ Level results or Polytechnic Diploma Qualification (for Degree)
