Public Service Commission Scholarship (Teaching Service) ( Application till 2024-09-01 )
The Public Service Commission Scholarship (Teaching Service) – PSC(T) is the premier government scholarship awarded based on merit. The PSC Scholarships offer varied career pathways in the Public Service that will provide for a broad range of interests.
PSC(T) scholars will be placed on the Public Service Leadership programme (PSLP) upon completion of their studies.

Scholarship Applications
Students who are interested in a PSC(T) should submit their applications online via the PSC Gateway. Students will need to indicate Teaching Service as one of their top career preferences in the online application.
PSC(T) scholars will be placed on the Public Service Leadership programme (PSLP) upon completion of their studies.
Requirements
- Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is willing to take up Singapore Citizenship
- GCE ‘A’ Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership qualities and passion for education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good CCA records

Bond Duration
- English speaking overseas countries: 6 years
- Non-English speaking overseas countries: 5 years
- Local: 4 years
