Spend a semester immersed in hospitality roles before you take part in an applied internship in a fast-paced environment. This preparatory year, delivered in Switzerland, begins to nurture your professional skills, such as communication, time management, agility, and self-discipline.

Through theory classes, you will build a solid base of business knowledge and foundational skill such as data analysis, communication, and leadership. By exploring real-life situations, you will be challenged to seek ways to improve the outcome by applying customer service principles.
During the first semester, you will strengthen your key business skills as you explore more management topics. Building in the foundational business knowledge, this semester introduces you to the challenges that business leaders navigate today.
In the second semester, you apply the skills and knowledge you have gained through an internship either in a administrative position or your own start-up.
Your final year develops the professional skills you need for the future by exploring more complex business topics and putting your learnings into practice. With a choice of study and assignment options, you will shape your final year around your career aspirations.
