Bachelor of Human Resource Management

Overview

The field of Human Resource (HR) is experiencing rapid growth as Singapore consolidates its position as the emerging centre for finance and business in Asia. Once seen as mainly a business support function, HR is now a core element of corporate and business strategy as companies come to recognise employees as a primary source of competitive advantage. Consequently, there is increasing demand for specialist HR practitioners both locally and regionally. Good CEOs need the support of top quality HR professionals who can implement human capital practices in order to drive business performance.

SUSS's Bachelor of Human Resource Management programme is Singapore's first and only full-time bachelor degree in HRM.
