- Outstanding academic results
- Good leadership skills and character
- Active CCA records demonstrating leadership qualities and community involvement
- Demonstrate interest in maritime business and intention to pursue career in maritime industry

- Partial Bond Amount Option: Yearly disbursement of S$16.6k for 2 years and One-off disbursement of S$5k for Y2 OIP
- Full Bond Amount Option: Yearly disbursement of S$16.6k for 2 years and One-off disbursement of S$5k for Y2 OIP (Inclusive back payment of S$16.6k for Y1)
Eligibility
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
- Excellent ‘O’ Level results
- Excellent ‘A’ Level results or Polytechnic Diploma Qualification
- Obtained CGPA of 3.5 or above in their earlier years of studies
- Priority given to financially needy students
