National Environment Agency (NEA) and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency are statutory boards under the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEWR), that manage Singapore’s limited resources and address Singapore’s environmental sustainability challenges through innovation, vibrant partnerships and co-operation across the 3P sectors – Private, Public and People.

To ensure environmental sustainability, NEA and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, led by MEWR, have jointly launched the National Environment and Water (NEW) Scholarship in late July 2008.

The NEW scholarship is an open public undergraduate scholarship (overseas/local), with a focus in the environment and water sector. Under the NEW Scholarship, there are also opportunities for both undergraduates and fresh graduates to pursue Mid-Term and Master’s Scholarship
