UWA Guaranteed Accommodation
Take a look at our five residential colleges, each of which offers a unique campus living experience. Our Guaranteed Accommodation Offer means you can pick any of these options or choose UWA-owned off-campus housing (Crawley Village) or the student accommodation in Perth’s CBD that’s been endorsed by us. Either way, you’re guaranteed a bed. Just one thing – while we can guarantee your place, you'll still need to pay the usual accommodation fees and costs.

Because we have so many people from overseas in Perth, UWA students and lecturers are very friendly – everybody likes to get along well. We make sure international students receive much support, not just with their studies but with all aspects of living in another country.
There are more than 160 student clubs and societies registered with the UWA Guild – the student representative body – and you are sure to make new friends when you join them. Of course there are groups just for Singaporean students and scholars, but most of the clubs are for people from different heritage but common interests, to meet and socialise. Music, sports, health, mathematics, dance, chess, food – and so many more!
You will be able to find out more about our support services and clubs when you come to Orientation Week, especially ‘O-Day’ which is like a big open air welcome party on campus just before study begins.
Make sure you stay informed about the many cultural events UWA hosts throughout the year. One of our favourites is ‘Spring Feast’ during Multicultural Week. Each year many different food trucks and stalls gather on our Oak Lawn and fill the evening air with the smell of delicious foods from all around the world!
