Terms of Award
- Return economy airfare (overseas)
- Tuition and other compulsory fees
- Pre-studies allowance (for applicants awaiting university admission)
- Back-payment of tuition fees (for university undergraduates)
- Monthly maintenance allowance
- Sponsorship for approved student exchange programmes/study trips
- 4-year bond (Local)/6-year bond (Overseas)
Training Attachment
An 8-week training attachment at URA during the study period. Airfare will be provided where applicable.
Buddy Programme
Each scholar has a buddy to guide and support him / her during the period of study.
Eligibility
Application is open to all interested applicants who possess the following:
- Good 'A' level/IB/Polytechnic/University results
- Good CCA records
- Leadership qualities

Non-Singaporean scholarship awardees are required to apply for their Singapore citizenship and accept it. Awardees should not possess dual citizenship.
