- Good academic results
- Good leadership skills and character
- Active CCA records demonstrating leadership qualities and community involvement
- Demonstrate interest in maritime business and intention to pursue a career in the maritime industry
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
- Good ‘O’ Level results or ‘N’ Level results or ‘ITE’ results
- Family household monthly Per Capita Income must be equal or under S$1,750.
