Our Scholarships

MOE Teaching Award (MOE TA)
The MOE Teaching Award is a prestigious award offered to individuals who possess a passion for teaching. As a recipient of this award, you will have the opportunity to pursue your undergraduate studies either at a local autonomous university or in the NTU-NIE Teaching Scholars Programme (TSP). Recipients whom the scholarship panels decide may benefit more from the academic content and pedagogical grounding of the TSP may be offered only the latter option. The TSP aims to produce graduates with intellectual rigour, strong leadership skills, and a global perspective, who are ready to make significant contributions to the Education Service.

As a recipient of the MOE Teaching Award, you will be sponsored for your undergraduate tuition fees and receive an allowance.
