A*STAR Computing And Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship

Value & Benefits: Successful applicants will be given support* for up to 4 years of academic pursuit. They will receive:

• Support for up to 12 months of overseas attachment
Other allowances including:
  - Book allowance

The programme is a 360 credit honours degree, designed as a two-year, 240 credit part-time course, for students who have an approved qualification which can be used to enter direct to stage 2 through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). It provides the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills needed to enter work as an optometrist.

The programme is offered as a two-year (20 taught months) part-time course with three stages which deliver the same learning outcomes as students studying in the UK. Stage 2 and stage 4 are conducted in Singapore while stage 3 practical modules are conducted in the UK.
