1.     GIC Scholarship 2021

GIC Private Limited

Summary:

As a GIC Scholar, apart from gaining sponsorship to some of the world’s best universities, you will embark upon a dynamic career in fund management. You will be part of a team, engaged in impactful work, in the fast-paced world of investments.

Eligibility:

We look for passionate and talented individuals who are excited about a career in investment management. We welcome applications from students who are consistent achievers in both the academic and co-curricular spheres, and want to play a part in shaping Singapore’s tomorrow.

 

Candidates will go through a comprehensive selection process, ranging from online assessments, digital and/or in-person interviews and a GIC Super Day. The GIC Super Day comprises activities where you will be assessed on your adaptive abilities, communication and analytical thinking skills. The final selection stage will be a panel interview with senior management, where you will also have the opportunity to gain further insights into how it is like to work in GIC.

2.     Education Merit Scholarship (EMS)

Ministry of Education (MOE)

The Education Merit Scholarship (EMS) is offered to outstanding candidates with a strong passion in Education, for studies at the best universities. EMS scholars will be given opportunities to hold top professional positions in the Education Service depending on their performance.

Eligibility:

·        Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is willing to take up Singapore Citizenship

·        Good character, strong leadership qualities and keen passion for education

·        Strong Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) records

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        GCE ‘A’ Levels (with minimum 10 academic units), International Baccalaureate (IB), Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High Diploma or equivalent

3.     Healthcare Merit Award/Scholarship (HMA/HMS)

Summary:

Discover the opportunities and potential of a healthcare scholarship and prepare to make your mark where it really matters.

Eligibility:

·        Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident who is willing to take up Singapore citizenship

·        Good co-curricular activities record and strong leadership qualities

·        Passion for serving in the public healthcare sector

·        Good communication skills

·        Achieve outstanding A-Level results (offered at least 10 academic units), diploma with merit/distinction or equivalent qualifications (e.g. International Baccalaureate (IB) or NUS high school diploma)

Application period: 1 September until 31 March of the following year
